Made from the must flower of grapes selected from our best vineyards.
The vineyards are cultivated on sandy-loam soils, granitic and slightly acidic. Fermentation in steel at 16 ºC for 21 days, being kept on its fine lees for 3 months until stabilisation and bottling.
Serving temperature: 8 – 10 ºC.

Visual Phase

Straw yellow with a slight greenish hue, clear and brilliant.

Olfactory Phase

Medium-high intensity, floral (orange blossom), citrus (lemon peel), grapefruit and tangerine), tropical (mango, lychee) and bone.

Taste phase

Albariño in its pure state, very fresh and intense. Mouthfeel oily and balanced. Reminiscent of fruit and citrus fruits, with a Long and very persistent aftertaste.
