D.O. Rías Baixas – Sub-area: Val do Salnés

The vineyards are cultivated on sandy, granite and slightly acidic soils. Made from the must flower of grapes from our oldest vineyards. Controlled fermentation at 16 ºC for 21 days. Once finished, the thick lees are removed and the wine is aged on its fine lees, with a weekly “bâtonnage” for 1 year. Once the ageing process is complete, it remains in stainless steel tanks for another 4 years.

Serving temperature: 8 – 10 ºC.

Special high-end wine made from a limited edition of the best harvest of 2015. Elegant and persistent, with a modern and avant-garde concept.

Visual Phase

Straw yellow colour with intense greenish tones and slight golden reflections.

Olfactory Phase

Medium intensity, with aromas of aromatic herbs (laurel, rosemary), spices (cumin) and infusion (tea, camomile). With an elegant background of lees.

Taste phase

In the mouth it is fresh, with good acidity. Unctuous, oily, with hints of ripe fruit and toasted tones. Mineral and saline aftertaste.
