Paco & Lola Prime


100 % Albariño.

Made from the flower must of grapes from our oldest vineyards.

The vineyards are cultivated on sandy, granite and slightly acidic soils.

Controlled fermentation at 16 ºC for 21 days. Once finished, the thick lees are removed and the wine is aged on its fine lees, with a weekly “bâtonnage” for 6 months.

Once the ageing process is complete, it remains in stainless steel tanks for another 6 months, to finally be stabilised and bottled.

Elegant and persistent, with a modern and avant-garde concept.

Visual phase

Straw yellow colour with intense edges, clean and bright.

Olfactory Phase

Medium-high intensity with aromas of ripe fruit such as white peach. Reminiscent of candied fruit and an elegant background of lees and ripe citrus fruit.

Tasting phase

Velvety mouthfeel. Notes of ripe fruit with a well-integrated acidity. Mineral and saline aftertaste.
